With over 40 years of hands-on experience, Mitzi brings a wealth of knowledge, patience, and genuine passion to our community. She’s not just a horse lover — she’s the steady, welcoming force that helps riders and horses connect, grow, and thrive together.

Mitzi’s approach is all about the full experience of horse life. Beyond riding skills, she focuses on the important foundations of grooming, bonding, and understanding horse behavior. At Sunnyside, learning isn’t just about time in the saddle — it’s about building real trust and communication with your equine partner.

By her side are her two dedicated apprentices, Jaelah and Feenyx — both deeply horse-mad and hands-on in every aspect of Sunnyside Farm life.. Together, they help keep Sunnyside running smoothly, offering support, guidance, and a lot of heart to everyone who walks through the gates.
